The construction of a primary school in Avellaneda, province of Buenos Aires, during the tight times of the summer school break required 60 work days. To define a clear structure, the search for lightness and autonomy of the constructive elements led to the use of 32 cm high gray profiles abandoned at a very low cost. The program is simple, with a semi-covered space serving as an access hall, playground or assembly hall, six classrooms arranged on both sides of a generous central passage, and a diagonal transparency allowing a clear view of the backyard playground and the training flag.
